Let’s face it - SeaWorld’s orcas are going to die off, and soon. Without a fresh genetic stock (I believe the numbers ran somewhere around fifty unrelated animals for the captive population to have a healthy genetic stock), the orcas in today’s zoos and aquaria are going to die out or become severely inbred (just look at Nalani’s genetics for example!)
